The Sendero is the first Road Plus tire specifically designed for off-road riding. Its pro is similar to a MTB tire aggressive to maintain the efficiency of a gravel or cyclocross bike even on loose surfaces, while still offering maximum control in any situation. Due to the coarser tread, self-cleaning is also no problem for the Sendero. The SG2 puncture protection, which consists of a thin nylon layer, significantly increases the protection, but the weight remains low.
