So far, the demanding biker has had to do without one of the two. The thru axle stiffens the suspension fork and allows a more precise positioning of the hub, which is especially useful for disc brakes. More and more mountain bikers want to take advantage of a hub dynamo light system. In order to reconcile both, the designers not only had to change the axle design, but also essential parts of the generator. The result: A hub dynamo that is similar to the SON 28 disc in appearance, robustness and electrical values, but with a thick ''hole''. The weight was also kept pleasingly low at 460 g.

We give a 5-year warranty on the function of our hub dynamos, headlights, taillights and wheels from the date of purchase from a specialist dealer.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or force (such as an accident).
In the event of a warranty claim, we will repair the product at our discretion or replace it with an equivalent product.
We will also carry out the re-spoking of a defective hub dynamo in the event of a warranty claim at our expense.
Further claims are excluded.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
