The Oat Bar has a high concentration of long-chain as well as complex carbohydrates, which are digested slowly so that your blood sugar level remains stable over a longer period of time. The big advantage is that it helps to delay the feeling of hunger and fatigue. For this reason, it is recommended to eat Oat Bars at the beginning of a race or a long workout.
Health comes first at Eurosport Nutrition. That's why the Oar Bar is made from all-natural ingredients. The main difference between Eurosport Nutrition and many other brands is that you don't use artificial sweeteners in your products, only natural ones with stevia.
